Booking Terms

By making a booking with Villa Luxe, you agree to the following:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Payment is required within 24 hours to secure your reservation
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email
  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • Valid ID is required at check-in

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property:

  • Standard: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Strict: 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in
  • Super Strict: No refund for cancellations
  • Cancellation fees may apply for payment processing
  • Force majeure events may allow flexible cancellation

Guest Responsibilities

As our guest, you are responsible for:

  • Treating the property with respect and care
  • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear
  • Following property rules and local regulations
  • Maximum occupancy limits as specified
  • Noise levels appropriate for the neighborhood
  • Proper disposal of trash and recycling

Payment Terms

Payment policies:

  • Full payment required for bookings under 30 days
  • 50% deposit for bookings over 30 days in advance
  • Security deposits may be required for certain properties
  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP)
  • Additional fees for extra services will be clearly disclosed

Liability & Insurance

Important liability information:

  • Villa Luxe acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners
  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance
  • Guests are liable for their personal belongings
  • Property owners maintain property insurance
  • Report any incidents immediately to our 24/7 support
